<p>The purpose of this study is to identify problem in procuring local and prefectural ingredients for school lunch from the perspective of school nutritionists. The study area is Okinawa Prefecture, which has a unique food culture. AHP analysis was conducted in this study to identify the degree of importance of the introduction of local and prefectural ingredients. The results suggest that systematic production is important to ensure sufficient quantity and variety of ingredients is available for school lunches.</p>

本研究は、愛媛県西予市を対象として、合併前の旧自治体の住民に対して、バイオマス利用政策に関する意識調査を行ったものである。分析の結果、旧自治体間においてバイオマスの認識やバイオマス利用に関する意識の差が確認された。

本研究は，関東地方の農家レストランの店主を対象として，アンケート調査を実施した。農家レストランに関する実態を明らかにすると共に，農家レストラン経営者が農家レストランを通じて発信できる情報に関する意識を明らかにすることを目的とする。具体的には，因子分析を適用して，農家レストラン経営者の潜在的意識を解明した。
