本研究では、福島県内の補修履歴のない広域農道のアスファルト舗装を対象に、コア抜き取り調査および交通量調査等を実施し、当該地区におけるアスファルト舗装のひび割れは舗装表面から進行するTop-downのひび割れであることを確認した。また、疲労解析により軽交通の場合であってもBottom-upよりもTop-downのひび割れの方が生じやすいことを明らかにした。

In this paper, the relationship between the failure probability and the reliability of concrete pavement was studied by using the result of performance survey about the concrete pavement under service period of 25 years. The rate of cracked slabs of survueiedthis concrete pavement was about 30%. On the other hand, the calculation result of fatigue damage of this concrete pavement using the failure probability of 30% fatigue curve was 1.0 for the calculation period of 20 years. From this result, it was appeared that the reliability of concrete pavement can predict by the failure probability of design fatigue curve.

Matsuoka et al. proposed the revised Modified Cam-Clay model using the extended SMP criterion. In this study, the further revised Cam-Clay model, which takes into account the rotational hardening concept with the modified hardening parameter, was developed. And the simulation of the cyclic loading tri-axial compression test conducted on a cohesive soil for subgrade material was carried out. As the result, it was found that this model is able to reasonably predict accumulation process of plastic strain in the soil with cyclic loading if values of the hardening parameters are properly determined. It suggests that the elasto-plastic model developed in this study is effective to predict permanent deformation of cohesive soils.

自己補修型コンクリートに関する基礎的研究 Reviewed

本研究では、補修用塗布材を混和材として混入したコンクリートの自己補修性能の有無について検討を行った。その結果、フレッシュコンクリートの流動性から、この混和材が減水効果を持っていることがわかった。また硬化コンクリートでは、圧縮強度で1割程度の改善が見られ、さらに水密性にも改善が見られた。自己補修性能は、若材齢時に破損を生じさせた供試体の、その後の養生による強度回復を調べる試験により確認した。その結果、特殊混和材を混入したコンクリートでは、破損を与えた時点での強度を上回る強度回復が見られた。

本研究では、アスファルト舗装のわだち掘れ量に着目し、従来の経験的設計法であるTA法にて設計されたI-2~IV交通対応の農道用舗装の設計例に対し既存のわだち掘れ解析手法を適用し、AIの破壊基準式の適用性について検討した。その結果、AIの破壊規準式は農道のような軽交通舗装断面に適用できないこと、信頼性に基づいた現行の設計法をIII、IV交通に適用した場合、断面を過大に見積る可能性があることがわかった。

One of the authors had revised the modified Cam-Clay model using the extended SMP criterion and a hardening parameter, and shown that the static tri-axial compression test of the subgrade material, base course material and the open grade asphalt mixture can be simulate by that model. In this study, the further revised Cam-Clay model, which took in the rotational hardening concept proposed by Hashiguchi, was developed. And the simulation of the cyclic loading tri-axial compression test of a granular base course material was carried out. As the result, it was found that this model could be simulated the increase of the plastic strain with cyclic loading. Consequently, it seems that the elasto-plastic model developed in this study is effective for the permanent deformation analysis of the granular base course materials.

In a concrete pavement, a base course is required to provide a uniform support to concrete slabs. However, permanent deformation at the top surface of the base due to plastic strain in granular materials causes loss of the support. This phenomenon was observed in a repeated loading test conducted on a model pavement. The objective of this study is to develop a method for predicting plastic strain in granular base. The Extended SMP criterion modified Cam-Clay model was employed as a constitutive law of granular material. The model was incorporated into a dynamic 3 dimensional finite element program, DynPave3D. The model was verified from a simulation of a triaxial compression test. Also, the effects of permanent deformation on responses of concrete pavement were examined.

本研究では、FWD試験データを用いた逆解析によるコンクリート舗装の構造評価手法を提案することを目的としている。逆解析は、コンクリート版の弾性係数を固定した条件と変動させた条件の2つとした。その結果、コンクリート版の弾性係数を固定した逆解析手法が有効であることが確認された。また、この逆解析結果と静載荷試験でのコンクリート版曲げ応力および粒度調整砕石のレジリエントモジュラスを用いて、FWD試験から得られる弾性係数の速度効果について検討した。その結果、路盤、路床の層弾性係数に低減係数を乗じることで、速度効果を解消できることがわかった。この評価方法を用いて目地縁部での荷重伝達率の再現性について検討した。その結果、この評価方法の妥当性が確認された。

コンクリート舗装で行ったFWD試験から解析条件を変化させた舗装各層の弾性係数の逆解析を行った。そして、逆解析結果の妥当性を検討するために、コンクリート版曲げ応力の実測値と解析値とを比較した。その結果、コンクリート版の弾性係数を固定した逆解析手法が有効であることがわかった。

交通荷重によるコンクリート舗装版下の土質材料の塑性変形を予測するために、拡張SMP基準によって改良した修正Cam-Clayモデルを適用した非線形三次元FEMプログラムを開発した。モデルの検証は室内試験データによって行い、その後実際のコンクリート舗装に適用し、塑性変形がコンクリート版に及ぼす影響について検討した。

舗装材料の弾塑性挙動を予測するために、拡張SMP基準と等方硬化パラメータを用いて修正Cam-Clayモデルを拡張し、アスファルト混合物、粘性土、粒状路盤材料の静的三軸圧縮試験(CD条件)の解析を行った。その結果、実測結果と解析結果はよく一致しており、提案した弾塑性モデルの有用性が確認された。

土木研究所で行ったコンクリート舗装の静・繰返し載荷実験から得られたコンクリート版のたわみ、ひずみ、路盤面圧力から、Westergaardモデルを用いて路盤面の変形特性に関する研究を行った。その結果、Westergaardモデルで路盤面圧力、たわみを求めるには、Boussinesqモデルに基づいた修正が必要であること、繰返し載荷によって残留変形が進行し、K値が低下することがわかった。

路床材料と粒状路盤材料の繰返し三軸試験結果から、弾性理論に基づいた簡易な残留変形の推定方法を提案し、土木研究所での載荷実験結果との比較を行った。その結果、測定値と解析値は非常に良く一致しており、本研究で提案した推定方法の妥当性が証明された。

Roadway pavement has been designed to prevent from water infiltration because it is said excessive water in base or subgrade would lower its bearing capacity. However, flood sometimes occurs when he avy rain falls at urban area because paved surface and densely builtup area resist water infiltrationand then considerable water is over the capacity of drainage facilities. Such conventional pavement has potentially other problem that is so called “ heat island phenomenon”. Then attention is curren tly focused on adoption of the permeable pavement for roadway. This paper discuss about subgrade soil characteristics with varied water contents subject to permeable pavement using triaxial testing.

In order to study the behavior of concrete pavement under cyclic loads, the static loading test and the cyclic loading test with the full scale concrete pavement were carried out at the Public Works Research Institute (PWRI) of the Ministry of Construction in 1997. In this study, the reduction of the base course reaction modulus (k value) with cyclic loads and its effect on the fatigue failure of a concrete slab were investigated. The plate FEM program was used for analysis of mechanical be haviors in the loading test, and two types of fat igue curve were utilized for the fatigue analysis of the concrete slab. The result showed that the reduction of k value with the permanent deformatio n of base course surface accelerated the fatigue failure of the concrete.

The objective of this study is to develop a mechanical design method for doweled joint. In order to investigate the mechanical behavior of dowel bar, a mechanical model for dowel bar in transverse joint of concrete pavement based on three dimension- al finite element method PAVE3D was developed. In the model, a dowel bar is divided into two segmen- ts embedded in concrete and a segment between them and these segments are modeled by the solution of the beam on elastic foundation and the three dime- nsional beam element, respectively. The model was verified by comparing the predicted strains in co- ncrete slab and dowel bar with the experimental data which were obtained from loading tests condu- cted on a model pavement and an actual pavement. The effects of transverse joint structure and sub- base stiffness on the stresses in dowel bar and concrete slab were investigated based on numerical simulations with PAVE3D.

1997年から98年にかけて建設省土木研究所で行った実物大コンクリート舗装の静的載荷実験データおよび平板FEMによる応力解析結果から、路盤支持力係数(K値)とBoussinesq地盤の弾性係数の換算式について検討した。その結果、コンクリート版での曲げ応力の解析を行うためには、Vesicによって求められたK値から弾性係数を求めるための換算式に1.50を係数として乗じる必要があることがわかった。

The static and dynamic loading test that used the real thing size concrete pavement at the Public Works Research Institute in August, 1997 was operated to examine the properties of the concrete slab and the base course. As a result of our analysis, we found that pressure at the base course surface and deflection of slab which were calculated by Westergaard's theory gave a good agreement with measured data. And as a result of dynamic test, it is clear that the deformation of the base course surface occurred at the initial loading stage, and this is colsely related to the warping of slab. This deformation of base course surface has possibility to increase of stress in the concrete slab, consequently for the design of concrete pavement there must be consider this effect.

In this study, the vector components of the stepping stones and paving stones in the Koishikawa- Korakuen Garden and the Rikugien Garden were measured and its structural characteristics were analized. From the results of analysis, it was found that the arrangement of the longest axis of each paved stones were very prominent at right angle to the walking direction. And the paved stones in the walking direction were arranged regularly, from these examinations it was found that the arrangement of the paved stones which had uncertainness could grasp numerically.
